The Problem
Not by accident — by design. Correspondent banking was built for paper ledgers and daily batch settlement. Blockchain alternatives added new attack surfaces without closing the compliance gaps.
Neither was built for institutions that need to move money at the speed of software, with the auditability of a bank.
FRAME was built from different assumptions.
The Solution
Moving money globally means stitching together banks, FX providers, wallets, compliance systems — each with their own API, compliance posture, and operating hours.
FRAME unifies the stack into a single programmable settlement layer — one API for orchestration, identity, FX, and compliance across every rail.
Before — Fragmented Stack
After — Unified Layer
FRAME
Programmable Settlement Layer
Inside the Layer
Identity-aware wallets with institutional-grade custody.
Routes payments across stablecoin and traditional rails.
Currency conversion settled directly at the protocol layer.
KYC/KYB and travel-rule compliance built into every transaction.
Agentic workflows for treasury operations and reconciliation.
Supported Rails
Networks
Tokens
Fiat Rails
“Most companies think they need a better rail. What they actually need is a universal settlement layer.”
How It Works
One API between your existing workflows and FRAME's settlement layer. No new tools, no retraining, no rip-and-replace — FRAME slots beneath the systems your team already runs.
01
Initiate payments directly from SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or the ERP your finance team already runs. No new tools, no retraining — payments live where your workflows already are.
02
Routing logic selects between stablecoin and fiat rails based on cost, speed, and compliance — making the underlying complexity invisible to both sender and recipient.
03
Predictable cost, no correspondent network delays, no intermediary FX spread. Funds clear in minutes, not days.
04
AI agents handle treasury sweeps, liquidity positioning, and routing optimisation — with full auto-reconciliation back to your ledger.
Security & Architecture
Every transfer through FRAME requires a signed attestation before value moves. Compliance isn't a check that happens before a payment — it's the cryptographic precondition that makes settlement possible.
Pillar I
Root keys never leave AWS Nitro Enclaves — attested, isolated hardware that even FRAME's own operators cannot access. Custody guarantees are an architectural property, not a contractual commitment.
Pillar II
Every transaction hash is committed to a BLAKE3 Merkle chain and anchored on-chain at regular intervals. Any party can deterministically replay the chain and verify every state transition independently — no trust in FRAME required.
Pillar III
$25–35B has been lost to smart-contract exploits because most blockchain infrastructure runs deployable business logic in untrusted code. FRAME inverts the assumption: limited deployable contract logic, with most rules protocol-level and permanent. The attack surface collapses by design.
This is the difference between compliance as a check and compliance as architecture.
Identity Layer
FRAME embeds identity directly into wallet infrastructure, enabling financial institutions to maintain control, authorization, and compliance at the protocol level. Identity-aware wallets ensure every transaction carries verified institutional context — from origination through settlement.
Cost, Timing & Capital
Capital sits in transit. Spreads hide in the margins. Timing belongs to the counterparty network — not your business. FRAME inverts that relationship: settlement runs on your clock, at your cost basis.

Leadership Vision
Every payments infrastructure company treats compliance as a check you pass before value moves. We rebuilt it as the mechanism that makes settlement possible — a cryptographic precondition, not a post-hoc audit.

CEO & FOUNDER
Off-chain intelligence. On-chain enforcement. Cross-chain compliance. That's the architecture institutional money movement actually needs — and it's what FRAME was built around from day one.
LLOYD MOORE
CTO
The best partnerships are built on alignment — not on contracts. What FRAME aligns isn't just operators and treasurers, but the assumptions underneath their entire payments stack.
