For banks, businesses and financial platforms

Move into digital finance. Keep the systems you trust.

Move value between your own entities and to your counterparties in seconds, 24/7/365, without prefunding local accounts. You keep custody, and you keep your banks.

Your books and your keys stay with you.

Four ways Frame helps your business

Free up your balance sheet.

Hold less in prefunded accounts. Put idle cash and collateral to work.

Settle the cash leg.

The payment moves as fast as the tokenised asset it pays for.

Keep custody.

Your cash never touches our balance sheet. Your rules run under your keys.

Evidence for every settlement.

A signed record your auditor or counterparty checks on their own machine.

Balance sheet

Put idle cash and collateral to work.

Cash sits in prefunded accounts and collateral waits for the cash to confirm. Banks borrow during the day to cover the hours between “sent” and “received”.

Frame closes that gap. The receiving side checks a signed record instead of waiting, so you can hold less in reserve and use more of what you have.

Talk to us about your balance sheet
  1. 01

    Less intraday funding.

Your counterparty checks a signed receipt the moment your books change. The gap you borrow to cover gets shorter.

  2. 02

    Fewer prefunded accounts.

Settle into a market when the payment is due, 24/7/365, instead of parking cash there in advance.

  3. 03

    Collateral that moves.

Move cash and collateral between your own entities and ledgers in seconds, when the margin call arrives.

  4. 04

    Fund only the net.

Offset what your entities owe each other and fund the difference. The gross record stays intact.

Read the full workflow

Frame adds a policy decision before release and signed evidence of the reported outcome to existing customer settlement infrastructure. Customer platforms execute and retain their books and keys. This illustrative workflow takes place within one institution. The film is silent. It follows an instruction from an operating account to a treasury account. An approval is required and received; release is then permitted. Customer execution subsequently reports a debit, a credit, and a ledger update. Frame Proof links the instruction, policy decision, and reported result in one signed receipt. The final wide view retains the completed operational details. Frame Rules supplies the policy decision; Frame Proof connects the instruction, decision and reported outcome.

Where Frame fits

Start with what
you want to improve.

Connect digital finance to the work your business already does.

A silver block and a navy block interlock into one piece on a steel track
01The cash leg

The cash leg

The asset moves in seconds. Now the cash can too.

Tokenised securities, collateral and fund shares move in seconds. The cash still settles over wire, ACH or a depository’s cash platform a day or two later. In that gap you carry settlement risk, cash sits idle during the day and both sides still reconcile by hand.

Frame coordinates the cash leg as a tokenised deposit, a regulated payment token or a fiat payment, under your brand and inside your own regulatory perimeter. Where the asset and the cash sit on the same ledger, delivery and payment happen in one event.

One trade, settled in one event, with evidence both sides can check.

Both-or-neither delivery applies where the asset and cash share a configured venue.

02Across networks, 24/7

Across networks, 24/7

Connect the networks that can’t see each other.

Your tokenised deposits sit with one bank and your money market fund with another, with fiat rails in between. Each network keeps its own ledger and its own rules, and nobody will open their ledger to the others.

Each institution checks its own policy under its own keys, then gives the other side a receipt it verifies on its own machine. Nobody shows their books, and value can move at 6pm on a Friday or on a Sunday.

A record every network can check for itself.

03Treasury & cash management

Treasury & cash management

Fund the net. Put the rest to work.

Moving cash for every obligation ties up funding across your group. Finance still needs to account for each underlying amount.

Offset eligible obligations, fund the remaining balance and keep the original records. Start with the entities, accounts and settlement window that matter to your treasury team.

Fund the balance. Keep the full picture.

04Payments & payouts

Payments & payouts

Pay out without prefunding every market.

Paying out in many markets usually means parking cash in each one in advance. Your clients also want to use new forms of money, and you still need your existing accounts and controls.

Connect the instruction, your checks and the results across your banking and digital-money connections. Settle when the payment is due and keep a record both sides can inspect.

Existing systems. Less cash sitting idle.

Built for your risk committee

Nobody new holds
your money.

It is the first thing a risk committee asks about any settlement project, and the question that stalls most of them.

  1. 01

    Frame holds no money.

Your cash never touches Frame’s balance sheet. There is no Frame counterparty exposure for your risk committee to assess.

  2. 02

    Frame can’t read your rules.

Your rules run inside your own instance, under keys you hold. Frame cannot see your policies or your limits.

  3. 03

    Start inside your own walls.

Frame works for one institution on its own. Begin with two of your entities or ledgers, then bring in counterparties when you choose.

  4. 04

    Evidence your auditor can use.

Each settlement carries a signed record of the instruction, the policy that applied and the result. Your auditor checks it without logging in to your systems.

Design settlement around your existing banks.

Why it matters

A defined handoff both sides can inspect, while each institution keeps its own books and keys.
