Define the asset and cash legs
Supply the asset movement, the cash obligation, the participants and the configured asset and cash endpoints.
Market infrastructure & asset managers
For depositories, clearing houses, custodians and asset managers. Settle the cash leg of collateral, securities and fund movements in seconds, so participants hold less in reserve and your platforms stay in place.

The work you want to do
Tokenised collateral, securities and fund shares can move in seconds. The cash still settles over wire, ACH or a separate cash platform, often a day later. In that gap participants carry settlement risk, borrow during the day to cover it and reconcile both sides afterwards. Each new network adds another ledger the others cannot see.
Participants release collateral and cash when they need it, fund less of the gap and give their auditors and supervisors one record for each movement.
Scope the asset platform and cash connection together. Frame does not replace your depository, clearing, custody or trading platforms. Both-or-neither delivery applies where the asset and cash share a configured venue; evidence alone does not establish legal finality.
An instruction identifies the asset and cash obligations. Frame checks the applicable policy inputs; the chosen platforms report execution. The resulting evidence retains both sides.
Supply the asset movement, the cash obligation, the participants and the configured asset and cash endpoints.
Frame checks each participant’s rules inside its own instance, under keys it holds. Nobody sees another participant’s rules or books.
The configured platforms execute. Frame seals the decisions and reported results into a record participants, auditors and supervisors check on their own machines.
Illustrative asset and cash instructions. Completion depends on the selected venue and configured execution systems.

Your systems supply the asset and cash instructions under one reference.
Frame Rules checks the cash instruction and supplied release inputs.
The asset-side and cash-side platforms report their outcomes separately.
Frame Proof connects the shared reference, decision and reports.
Illustrative asset and cash instructions on configured platforms. Each party retains its own books, keys and execution.
Talk to usYour exchange records an asset obligation and its corresponding cash payment under one settlement reference. Trade capture, custody, the asset venue and the cash connection remain in place. Frame Rules checks the applicable cash instruction and supplied release inputs. The chosen asset-side and cash-side platforms execute under their own arrangements and report their outcomes separately. Frame Proof links the shared reference, cash-side decision and reports so a counterparty can inspect the record. The asset type and venue must be scoped; this illustration does not establish universal securities coverage, custody, or atomic delivery across different rails.

Reduce the residual amount that must be funded while retaining the original obligations.
02Connect bank-held deposits with a configured fiat or digital-money settlement flow.
03Make the relationship between investment value, funding and the resulting payment explicit and checkable.
04Let the recipient test the supplied record independently, without a login to the venue or a call to Frame.
05Keep the asset obligation, cash obligation and governing decisions together in a record both sides can inspect.
A useful first conversation
Start inside your own walls, with two of your own entities or ledgers, and use sample records for the first demonstration.

Before we talk
No. Frame holds no money and no keys. Cash and assets stay with your platforms, custodians and banks.
No. Frame works for one institution on its own. Start with two of your own entities or ledgers and bring participants in when you choose.
Tokenised deposits, regulated payment tokens and fiat payments, depending on your jurisdiction and the connections you configure.
When the receiving side can check a signed record instead of waiting for cash to land, participants need less intraday funding and less cash parked in advance. The result depends on your obligations, participants and connected systems.
